Second thing I noticed was the ratio between her hips and her ankles/calves. It seems there wouldn't be any bone there to support her.
Not meaning to discourage you. I really do like most of it, like her face, her breasts and the general feel of the background.
And don't worry about discouraging me :D
This image is old, and there's a lot of problems with it, but that's no reason not to learn from the mistakes ^^
