Here's the story:

Matt has been playing Pokemon since the beginning and the first Pokemon he fell in love with was Arcanine. It was one of the main reasons he played Pokemon all these years. Now with Pokemon X and Y out, he liked the whole idea of playing with your Pokemon through Pokemon Aime. He played with his strongest Pokemon, his Arcanine he named Reginald until something odd was happening to his 3DS, there was a eerie glow from the screen then orange and black liquid shot out from his 3DS! He was shocked as the liquid hit him as he didn't realized what was happening to him as the rubbery goo started to coat all over his body slowly turning him into his favorite fire dog though a bit heavy set which he did not mind. As he continued to watch the screen, his mind started to change to wanting to be brave, loyal, protective but also be playful and to be very smart....
