C-Sec 'C' War

The war inside the Citadel must have been... "fun" for the C-sec guys.
Had time to kill, so i got back to my "Turian training". Still can't get some stuff right (And not only about Turians anatomy, but that's not new from me)
This time it's not a random Turian, it's one working at the C-sec (Though, i did a random armor with the C-sec color). If someone find which one he is, he get a free Dextro-cookie.
Anyway, tried to draw him fast enough, so i can draw more of them per Day/Hours/Not-minute-i'm-not-godlike.
Why? You don't need to know right now.

He reminds me of a bartender, but I'm gonna go out on a limb and say he's not a bar tender.
He also reminds me of the Turian on Noveria who asks you to break into his office. I don't remember his name, but he's not with C-sec so I guess it's not him either.
I lose then. Darn, I wanted that cookie.
You are so close and so far at the same time, heh.
If it's not the turian who runs the scanner or the turian who brings Harkin in to the interrogation room (both in ME2), then I don't know.
I can so remember his face! Just not anything else.
Quick tip: He is from ME1, and i don't think he is on the Mass Effect Wiki.
He is pretty much unknown, even for the Turian Fanbase i guess.
It's the turian who you help with the Hanar on the Presidium.
