A coyote and a husky. One has charge the other for cheating at cards and in the old west that means only one thing must happen. A Shootout.



The inspiration for this piece about from spending my Memorial Day diner in a bar in Hutchinson and one of the patrons went and filled the jukebox full of western ballads and I ended up having to start drawing this while I waiting for my food to arrive.

Original done in a 5 x 9 sketchbook with a mechanical pencil (about 1.5 hrs to complete) & colored using PhotoShop
