Carmen Brass
Carmen is a rather tall fellow, standing at around 5'9. Like most otters, he has a slim, streamlined, flexible body made for moving gracefully through the water, and a long, rudder-like tail. The base colors of his fur is a nice, natural dark brown, but there is a large splotch of tan fur against his chest. He has tribal tattoo markings around his upper forearms, his wrists, and a few on his chest. A symbol of a star sits squarely in the middle of his chest, amid the tribal markings. His eyes are a bright golden color. He has short, spiky fair, and is always seen wearing a nice black Bowler Hat. Carmen dresses smart. He's usually either seen wearing a nice dress-shirt and a formal jacket, or just a nice polo. His favorite pair of black slacks go with either of these options, and his black-leather dress-shoes tie his outfit together... As well as his bowler hat.
Carmen is a friendly fellow. Simply initiating conversation with him will warrant you his attention, and trying to be friendly will, of course, earn you his friendship. Carmen likes to keep things calm, casual, and relaxed. Argument and shouting will usually get him to leave the room, and anything that messes with his calm demeanor irritates him to no end. It's hard to tell when he's angry, because he'll constantly be trying to calm himself back down. He doesn't snap, and if you push him too far, he'll let you know and leave you behind in the dust. Carmen is a musician. He can play a wide variety of instruments, though all of them are related to jazz and swing music. His favorite instrument is the trumpet, and that's what he usually plays on the side of the street for change.
Being an otter, Carmen also loves to swim whenever he gets the chance, and would rather be floating in the water than playing on the street. But, his heart does lie with music. When he's not swimming or playing a tune, he's usually dancing. When he doesn't have a partner to swing with, he's made his own style combining several different ones to dance on his own. If there's anything that makes him happy when Carmen's glum, it's the sweet, sweet sound of Electro Swing.
