Mr. Luis (a.k.a Louie)
I was brainstorming a couple nights ago while laying in bed, as I often do, and came up with this guy. He belongs to Culerro's world. Luis is a very wise and experienced cat with a taste for vests. He becomes a vital part of Culerro's journey, as well as his good friend. Luis is also 2nd generation, which means he was not created in a lab like Culerro, he had living parents.
