Fallout 3 is one of many games that I love, and seeing as that I had uploaded a few of my jackal fursona pictures with this, I got to drawing a little mixture. The 77 is from an old fan-fic' I wrote called Dire Consequences, involving this fella and a few others, who took place as a salvage company in Nebraska. The 77 was symbolic to them, because it just so happened to be the amount of days they went without (severe) injuries in their line of work. For the next five years, they never got that high ever again.
