Decided to make this up for a reference in case anyone wants to commission some cute artwork. Should clarify two things though.
What I mean by "confetti" (Additional/Other Info box) are small things that are floating in the background like hearts or stars or something like that. (If you're still confused by what I mean, see my Chibi Meowth, the gems are an example of "confetti".)
And again, pertaining to the Additional/Other Info box, after "Basic BG w/ or w/o 'confetti'" you'll see the price is set at "NC". NC simply means "No Charge". I will never charge extra for a basic color background, with or without confetti.
