Niko forgot that his DNA allows him to shape shift if he finds a trigger source to unlock it he had no idea being burned would start a transformation and it seemed to be spreading over the bear and fast he thought this stuff was of legends for pokemon since the 9 tails legend lure from the mystery of dungeon games.
