Chapter 2: A Fierce Gym Battle Takes Place, Trouble In Paradise!


Amaroq's POV

Several days later Amaroq and Lucario reach Cyllage city where his cousin Korina's gym is at. Today would be different, this time Amaroq would finally beat his cousin and earn her badge adding his third badge to his collection. Lucario had gotten stronger ever since he had evolved, now wearing the Lucarionite on his right arm as Amaroq's keystone was on a necklace around his neck. This time the battle held at the Cyllage city gym would be one of mega evolution, a battle worthy of cousin Korina's Lucario an to make things better Lucario had finally learned to control his mega evolved form with Amaroq's help and lots of special training. They would totally rock the gym and be victorious, it would be so rewarding when Amaroq worked together with his team and earned his 3rd badge. Arriving at the gym, Korina was waiting for them both outside with her Lucario, "Amaroq! I'm so stoked for our battle, but let's have lunch first you guys must be famished! Lucario you look so much stronger and I can feel your aura it's very intimidating!" Korina explained, welcoming both Amaroq and Lucario while leading them into the kitchen.  "Thanks cousin Korina! This time we're ready an we'll see who beats who now, all of my pokemon have training hard especially Lucario. We've even gotten better with mega evolution, Lucario now has control of his mega evolved form now so things will be much more interesting for sure." Amaroq explained, with a smirk. Lucario sat next to Amaroq as he smiled, "Thank you Korina, that means a lot coming from you an I can't help but wonder what your partner will think of me now." Lucario said, thanking Korina as they all had food now amd were chowing down. Korina's Lucario stopped eating since he had finished his food, "My young student, you've become stronger and can even mega evolve now but your true test will begin on the battlefield. Eat up you'll need all the strength you can get for this battle." Korina's Lucario explained, with a serious expression but smiled before leaving the room and heading to the battlefield to prepare it. Ten minutes later Amaroq was facing Korina on the battlefield as he tossed his first pokeball, "Flareon, go!" Amaroq said, as his pokeball released his Flareon who released a small stream of flame as she was ready to battle. was waiting opposite of Flareon, Mienfoo, Drain punch!" Korina said,  giving her pokemon a command. Mienfoo charged torwards Flareon as it's left fist glowed with a green light. "Flareon dodge it and use Flamethrower!" Amaroq said, as Flareon dodged Mienfoo's attack before releasing a huge powerful stream of flames which made contact with Mienfoo who looked shaken up but shook it off. Mienfoo shook off the ash left over from the attack but was surrounded in flames a minute later as it screamed in pain. "Excellent work Flareon you inflicted a burn, now use Quick attack!" Amaroq explained, as Flareon charged forward at high speed with a trail of white light following it. "Mienfoo dodge it and use Drain punch!" Korina commanded. Mienfoo dodged Flareon and hit it with it's glowing green fist as Flareon screamed in pain falling back several feet away from Mienfoo. "Flareon, are you alright?" Amaroq asked, hoping Flareon was still able to fight. Flareon got up slowly and nodded as the hit it had taken had been quite powerful. Mienfoo's burn took away more strength as the flames once again surrounded it and Mienfoo screamed in pain. "Flareon, wrap it up with Fire blast!" Amaroq commanded, as Flareon spewed forth a flaming attack that took on a flaming star shape without the pointy edges as it hit Mienfoo knocking it out. "Mienfoo!" Korina yelled, as she took out Mienfoo's pokeball. Mienfoo well done take a good rest." Korina explained,  praising Mienfoo even if it lost as Mienfoo's body turned into a red light as it was put back into it's pokeball. "Excellent work Flareon, return and take a break." Amaroq explained, praising Flareon and switching out pokemon too. "Well done Amaroq, but don't start celebrating yet." Korina explained, praising Amaroq for knocking out her Mienfoo and sending out her Mienshao. Amaroq smiled, "Vivi, go!" Amaroq said, as he sent out his second pokemon with a brief flash of white light. Vivi was raring to go, it's red jewel gleaming on it's purple forehead. most of Vivi's body was purple and it's long tail split into two tails at the end of it. "Espeon, eh? Great choice, Vivid looks strong but we'll see who wins though. Mienshao, Shadow ball!" Korrina commanded, as Mienshao gathered a dark purplish orb through it's paws and fired it towards Vivi. "Vivi dodge and use Shadow ball" Amaroq commanded, as Vivi dodged the shadow ball and fired one of it's own. "Mienshao use Focus blast to counter it!" Korrina commanded, as Mienshao held it's paws in close proximity and fired a blue orb from them as both attacks collided causing smoke from the mini explosion. "Vivi!" Amaroq yelled, hoping that his Espeon was okay. "Mienshao!" Korrina yelled, hoping both pokemon were alright. The smoke cleared as Vivi and Mienshao stared each other down. "Vivi, Future sight!" Amaroq commanded, as his Espeon began to glow with an eerie, blue light. Korrina knew she had to act fast, "Mienshao, Drain punch!" Korrina commanded, as Mienshao moved faster than most people's eyes could see as it's glowing green fist collided with Vivi the Espeon. Vivi cried out in pain as she flew backwards and quickly backflipped before landing on her feet. "Vivi use Psybeam!" Amaroq commanded, as a multicolored rainbow beam erupted from Vivi's red jewel on it's forehead. and hit Mienshao causing Mienshao to cry out in pain and become confused. "Mienshao, hang in there and use Shadow ball!" Korrina commanded, as Mienshao used Drain punch instead due to it's confusion charging straight for Vivi. "Vivi now!" Amaroq cried, as a blue light hit Mienshao causing it to cry out in pain and it fell to the floor unconscious. "Mienshao, return. Vivi's been very well trained Cousin! Let's see if it can beat my Lucario though." Korrina explained, praising both Amaroq and Vivi the Espeon before sending out her Lucario in a flash of light. "Vivi great job, return!" Amaroq said, as Vivi went back into her pokeball. "Flareon go!" Amaroq said, sending out Flareon as he looks raring to go but slightly tired. "Flareon, Fire blast!" Amaroq commanded, as Flareon fired a star like fiery blast from it's maw as it sped towards Lucario with blinding speed. "Lucario, dodge itand use Bone rush!" Korrina commanded, as her Lucario went to dodge the attack and was hit by Fire blast as he cried out in pain as it hit ground. "Lucario!! Are you alright?" Korrina cried, as Lucario hit the ground. Korrina's Lucario got up as he nodded and proceeded to use bone rush. A light blue bone shaped light appeared in Korrina's Lucario's hands, as he charged towards Flareon ready to strike. "Flareon quick dodge it!" Amaroq commanded, as Flareon tried to dodge Korrina's Lucario's attack but was struck twice before it passed out unconscious. "Flareon! Excellent work Flareon, take a nice rest buddy."Amaroq explained, as Flareon returned to it's pokeball. "Vivi go!" Amaroq cried, as Vivi the Espeon appeared in a flash of light. "Lucario, Bone rush!" Korrina commanded, as her Lucario charged towards Vivi ready to strike with bone rush. "Vivi stop it with Psychic!" Amaroq commanded, as Vivi the Espeon's eyes glowed with a blue light and Korrina's Lucario froze in his tracks who crying out in pain. "Lucario, hang in there!" Korrina commanded, as her Lucario nodded just as the attack wore off. "Drain punch, Lucario!" Korrina commanded, as her Lucario charged towards Vivi with his fist glowing green. "Vivi dodge it, quick!" Amaroq commanded, as Vivi tried to dodge Lucario's attack but got hit and slammed into the wall crying out in pain before passing out unconscious. "Vivi! Excellent work Vivi, take a nice rest buddy." Amaroq explained, as Vivi returned to her pokeball. "Looks like we're even now cousin, it's a mega evolution battle now! Lucario go!" Amaroq explained, as his Lucario appeared in a flash of light. "Lucario, Mega evolve!" Amaroq and Korrina cried, as both Lucario transformed into their mega forms. Both Lucario charged at one another both kicking, punching, and blocking when it was necessary. Suddenly Amaroq's Lucario stopped in it's tracks, an slumped forward as his eyes looked unfocused glancing at Korrina's Lucario he charged letting a fierce battle cry. "Lucario! Lucario, can you hear me? Lucario focus on my voice, I know your aura is overwhelming you follow the sound of my voice! Come back to me Lucario, I know you can do it we've been through everything together!" Amaroq explained, as he got closer to his Lucario. "Amaroq, be careful! You don't know if Lucario can hear you or not yet!" Korrina yelled, concerned about both Amaroq and his partner Lucario.

Amaroq's Lucario's POV

Everything was so overwhelming, too many sounds, auras and such power. Lucario couldn't control it all and it was consuming him. "Lucario! Lucario, can you hear me? Lucario focus on my voice, I know your aura is overwhelming you follow the sound of my voice! Come back to me Lucario, I know you can do it we've been through everything together!" Amaroq explained, as he got to his Lucario. "Amaroq, be careful! You don't know if Lucario can hear you or not yet!" Korrina yelled, concerned about both Amaroq and his partner Lucario. Wait that's Master Amaroq's voice, what was he saying? Follow the sound of his voice, Lucario would try but it may not work. He listened to his master's voice as Master Amaroq kept talking to help guide him home. Amaroq and Korrina patiently waited to see what would happen as Amaroq kept talking to his Lucario.  All of a sudden Amaroq's Lucario's eyes became normal and clear again. "Lucario you're back, I knew you could do it, but are you still up to battling buddy?" Amaroq explained, asking his Lucario if he was still up for battling. Lucario nodded and smirked, "Of course Master Amaroq!" Lucario replied, as he took his last known position ready to battle as Amaroq did the same thing. Amaroq and  Korrina's Mega Lucario both began throwing attack after attack at one another, the battle was long and drawn out. both Amaroq and Korrina knew they needed to end it. "Lucario, Aura sphere!" Amaroq commanded, as his Mega Lucario fired an aura sphere towards Korrina's Mega Lucario an watched it hit him. Korrina's Mega Lucario cried out in pain and fell to the ground unconscious reverting back to his normal state. "We won Master Amaroq!! We got our third badge, an now we can go challenge Ramos for the Plant badge!" Amaroq's Lucario explained, after reverting back to normal and hugging his master. Amaroq hugged his Lucario back, "That's right buddy, Vivi and Flareon will be thrilled! There's definitely gonna be a celebration tonight for sure!" Amaroq explained, as Korrina and her Lucario both walked over to congratulate them both since Korrina gave her Lucario a sitrus berry. "Congratulations to both of you, that was an awesome battle and one we'll all remember fondly! Here take it, this Rumble badge is all yours both of you deserve it!" Korrina explained, praising both Amaroq and his partner Lucario as well as giving them the Rumble badge. "Thanks cousin Korrina, yes we finally got a Rumble badge! One step closer to getting into the Pokemon League regional competition!" Amaroq explained excitedly, as his Lucario broke the hug while blushing. Amaroq put his new Rumble badge, in with his Bug and Cliff badges inside his badge case so that it would be safe before putting his badge case back into his bag. "Ready to go rest up Lucario?" Amaroq asked, knowing his pokemon needed to be healed. Lucario nodded with a smile as his blush was still slightly noticeable. "Sure am Master Amaroq, Flareon and Vivi need it too so we should get going." Lucario explained to Master Amaroq. Amaroq sent out Both Flareon and Vivi the Espeon, as he took out his bag and some medicine and two Sitrus berries.
Lucario helped Amaroq treat Flareon's wounds since he'd watched Amaroq do this many times before. Flareon got up feeling much better but was still tired until Lucario offered him the sitrus berry which he gratefully accepted. Vivi's wounds took longer to heal but and hour later and one sitrus berry later everyone including Lucario was feeling one hundred percent better. Flareon was back in his pokeball, Vivi sensed something was wrong as she ran outside with Amaroq, Lucario, Korrina and her Lucario right behind them. The gang went down a dark alleyway where cries of pain could be heard further in. Vivi arrived on the scene first, what she saw shocked and filled her with rage. A trainer was beating his silver Eevee an Eevee had been crying out in pain, Eevee looked at Vivi. There was so much pain in Eevee's eyes as it passed out, Amaroq Korrina and both of their Lucario arrived on the scene just as Vivi used Psychic on Eevee's Trainer who slammed into the alleyway wall. "Stay away from your Pokemon you Monster! What kind of Trainer are you abusing your Eevee like that huh?" Amaroq and Korrina yelled in unison. Amaroq rushed over to Eevee and gently took it into his arms, "Don't worry little one, you're safe now. Officer Jenny rushed onto the scene seeing Vivi holding the trainer against the wall with Psychic and Amaroq holding an unconscious amd badly hurt Eevee in his arms. "What on earth happened here?" Officer Jenny asked, demanding an answer. "This trainer was already abusing his Eevee when we got here Officer Jenny, Vivi was the one who witnessed more than we did. My name's Amaroq Officer Jenny. " Amaroq explained, as Vivi showed Officer Jenny what happened before her trainer had arrived. Amaroq looked at the trainer, he was six foot exactly in height, had brown eyes and dark brown hair. His outfit consisted of black clothing and shoes with a grey bag. This trainer knew he was on serious trouble but he didn't look scared, "Jared? You never learn do you?! How many times am I going to have to arrest you and take away any Pokemon you have before you seek out help?" Officer Jenny yelled, obviously knowing this trainer as she took his pokeballs and took them and Jared himself into custody. "What about Eevee Officer Jenny?" Amaroq asked as Eevee woke up in his arms and suddenly jumped out trying to run away. Vivi stopped Eevee and  told it everything was okay in a calm and gentle voice. Eevee relaxed remembering Vivi had helped him before and ran up to her crying. Officer Jenny, Amaroq, Korrina and both of their Lucario watched this scene unfold. Officer Jenny handed Eevee's Pokeball to Amaroq, "Take it to the Pokemon center, I'll be there as soon as, I'm finished with the paper work for Jared. I know I can trust you Amaroq, you're Korrina's cousin and she speaks very highly of you. I leave young Eevee in your capable hands, I'll meet you at the Pokemon center later to discuss what will happen to Eevee." Officer Jenny explained before vanished into the main street which was filled with citizens. Amaroq and Korrina went to the Pokemon center and explained Eevee's situation to Nurse Joy. "Oh you poor thing, don't worry Eevee I'm here to help you and I promise to take good care of you." Nurse Joy said, in a gentle voice. Eevee relaxed but was also hesitant, "Vivi, it'll be okay right? She won't hurt me will she?" Eevee asked, quietly using telepathy. Vivi nodded and gave Eevee a reassuring smile, "You can trust Nurse Joy Eevee, she would never hurt you because her duty is to care for injured Pokemon." Vivi explained in a gentle tone while also using telepathy. Eevee nodded and timidly walked onto the stretcher Audino had brought out. Both Nurse Joy and Audino went into the emergency room to treat Eevee's wounds. Amaroq and the gang all waited Nurse Joy and Audino to emerge with any news on Eevee's condition. Four hours later Nurse Joy and Audino emerged, "Eevee will be alright with a lot of rest, he suffered physical, emotional and mental damage but with time I'm sure Eevee will be fine. Eevee is sleeping now, but you can visit him if you'd like I'll take you to his icu." Nurse Joy explained, as Amaroq, Korrina Vivi and both of their Lucario followed Nurse Joy and Audino. Eevee was reading peacefully but was also bandaged up in several places. Amaroq wanted to cry seeing Eevee like this, it couldn't be more than a couple days old. "Jared is a horrible person, he shouldn't be allowed to have any Pokemon if this is how he treats them." Amaroq explained, in a quiet voice. Lucario and Vivi both knew when Amaroq got quiet that it was never a good sign. Eevee woke up as if sensing Vivi was nearby, "V-Vivi?" Eevee asked, with a weak voice.  Vivi quickly went over to Eevee's side, "I'm right here Eevee, would you like to meet my trainer? He's been so worried about you, just try to give him a chance not all humans are bad and I'll be right here if you need me for support." Vivi explained, asking Eevee a question. Eevee nodded saying he's like to meet Vivi's trainer, Vivi motioned for Amaroq to come over as he slowly walked over to Eevee's side. "Hi Eevee my name's Amaroq, I'm so glad you're okay little one." Amaroq explained calmly in a gentle voice, as he teared up. Eevee didn't know what,to think, this trainer really looked genuinely concerned for his well being. Eevee relaxed, maybe he could trust Amaroq after all only time would tell if he could. Eevee looked at Vivi for confirmation that Amaroq wouldn't hurt him, "It's okay little one he won't hurt you Eevee, Master Amaroq is the kindest person I have ever met he would never hurt a Pokemon. His heart is too gentle for that and it would break his heart if he hurt someone or a Pokemon he truly cared about." Vivi explained to Eevee in a gentle voice with a smile. Eevee nodded, "H-Hello A-Amaroq, t-thank you for s-saving m-me, my t-trainer has always been s-so c-cruel from the v-very b-beginning of my life." Eevee stuttered timidly, explaining his life in one short sentence while thanking Amaroqfor saving him. Amaroq smiled, "You're welcome Eevee, no Pokemon deserves to be abused no matter what they've done or haven't done period. Would you like to come along with Vivi and I on our journey? Oh before I forget, Vivi is just one of my Pokemon, the one standing next to me is my very first partner, Lucario. He may be a fighting type but he would never hurt you either Eevee. You don't have to answer me me right now, you should rest up first the most important thing for you right now is rest and recover Eevee." Amaroq explained gently, but with sincerity in his voice. Eevee nodded, Lucario stepped forward a bit, "Hello Eevee, I hope we can become good friends and hopefully you'll come with us. You're such a brave little one to have endured all of this, you could become real strong if you came along with us. Right now you need to rest though, you can answer Amaroq's question later. Just rest up and recover for right now little one you're safe among friends." Lucario explained, in a gentle voice an with a smile. "I like Vivi a lot, she's like the mother I've never had. You see my t-trainer traded my mom to another trainer for money. I'm so tired, please don't leave me Amaroq, Vivi and Lucario you guys have all been so nice to me." Eevee explained with a tired telepathic voice and fell asleep. Several days passed as Eevee recovered Officer Jenny came by just as she said she would. Amaroq didn't need to explain a thing, Officer Jenny had noticed the change in young Eevee right away an had talked to him. Korrina had gone back to the gym but had also visited Eevee too, Officer Jenny  Eevee told her everything, then he asked Officer Jenny if he had to leave. Officer Jenny had smiled and told him, "No you don't, not if you like Amaroq and want to be his pokemon Eevee. Eevee smiled, "I like Amaroq, Vivi and Lucario Officer Jenny, they've all been very nice to me and have me feel safe. Nurse Joy and Audino have taken such good care of me by treating all my wounds. I want to stay with Amaroq, my mind is made up I know I can face the world with a trainer and friends who genuinely care for my well being and happiness." Eevee explained, with a strong and determined telepathic voice. Officer Jenny nodded, "I thought you'd say that young Eevee, Amaroq has already filled out all the necessary paperwork to be your new trainer. He's still got your pokeball and you're free to go with him, I know in my heart he will treat you with the love and care you truly deserve to help you live a happy and healthy life. Good luck in your adventures all of you, Amaroq I leave young Eevee in your capable hands I know all of you will treat him right. Farewell my young friends and safe travels to all of you." Officer Jenny explained, with a smile as she saluted Amaroq and his pokemon before taking her leave. A few hours later Amaroq Lucario, Vivi the Espeon and Eevee were out behind the Pokemon center training. Eevee had told Amaroq, Lucario and Vivi his moves, now an Eevee being taught Shadow Ball wasn't entirely unheard of but an Eevee being hatched with the move Psychic was extremely rare and unheard of. Amaroq had asked Flareon to show Eevee the ropes of battling, Vivi had insisted on watching for Eevee's sake. "Eevee use Quick attack! Flareon use Ember!" Amaroq explained, As Flareon let loose a flurry of tiny fireballs and Eevee charged forward as a white light trailed behind him. The ember attack missed as Eevee dodged it, his Quick attack connected  with Flareon's body as Flareon slid back several feet. "Not bad kid you caught me off guard, way to take advantage of your opponent's weak spot." Flareon explained, praising Eevee for doing a good job. "Thanks Flareon, I know a little bit about battling stronger opponents." Eevee explained, an for the first time since he'd watched Eevee finally felt safe and loved. "Let's call it a day Everyone, excellent work guys you've all done well especially you Eevee. I was slightly surprised that you knew what to do, you dodged that ember like a pro and did it with grace. Now it's time to get to turn in for the night after dinner Ok?" Amaroq explained, praising Eevee for doing a good job am letting him know it was dinnertime. Vivi and Lucario had everything set up, Pokemon food for every but Amaroq. Lucario had prepared Amaroq's favorite meal, fettuccine alfredo from scratch cause he knew Amaroq didn't cook very often but when he did whatever he made was heaven. Amaroq and his Pokemon enjoyed their food, Vaporeon, Jolteon, Flareon, Vivi the Espeon, Eevee and Lucario all talked to Eevee welcoming him to the family. "So Lucario I heard an interesting thing from inside my pokeball the other day. Is it true that Master Amaroq and you did the deed?" Vivi the Espeon explained, asking the question that had been nagging at her curiosity all day. Lucario choked on his drink as he regained his composure Lucario's cheeks turned a deep shade of crimson red. "W-Where on earth did you hear that Vivi?! T-That's not true in the s-slightest. Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon all looked at Lucario with smirks on their faces. Eevee looked highly confused, so he just finished his food yawned than tapped his pokeball before disappearing inside it to fall asleep. Amaroq had been watching the entire situation, "Lucario it's okay maybe we shouldn't hide it anymore, okay Vivi you heard correctly but there's more to the story. I'm not going into details, yes Lucario and I made love cause we're dating. We both have feelings for one another so we confessed those feelings and things got heated that's the end of the story." Amaroq explained calmly, walking over to Lucario and kissing him deeply. Lucario kissed Amaroq back an wished the others weren't there so things could've got a little more personal so Lucario broke the kiss and looked at his teammates shocked faces. The only one who wasn't shocked was Vivi the Espeon, "I knew it, I knew you had feelings for Master Amaroq Lucario. I wish you two the best of luck, just be careful with who you tell or where you act on those feelings." Vivi explained, as Vaporeon, Flareon and Jolteon all nodded in agreement. Lucario and Amaroq both smiled and nodded, "Your support means a lot to both of us guys, we'll tell Eevee when he's a bit older an will understand but we won't hide it from Eevee." Amaroq explained calmly with a smile. Flareon, Jolteon Vaporeon and Vivi the Espeon all smiled and nodded before saying good night and disappearing into their pokeballs. Amaroq and Lucario cleaned everything up and settled down into their 2 person sleeping bag Amaroq had made himself before they both gazed up at the stars. Lucario licked Amaroq's cheek, I'm so happy that our dating is out in the open among our team it makes things a lot easier Amaroq." Lucario explained, with a smile as Amaroq turned to face him and leaned in to kiss Lucario deeply with a burning passion. "I need you so much Master Amaroq, please make love to me I've waited all day for this." Lucario thought, as both Amaroq and himself continued their make out session. Amaroq suddenly broke the kiss, an continued kissing his way down Lucario's body leave a trail of kisses in his wake. Lucario let out moan loving this sensation, A-Ah yes Amaroq, that feels so good." Lucario moaned his thoughts letting Amaroq know that he was enjoying their passion. Amaroq finally reach Lucario's knot, an took the entire thing into his mouth as moans of pleasure escaped Lucario's mouth. A-Amaroq please don't stop that feels so good. Hah...ah." Lucario moaned, as pure ecstasy flooded his senses. Amaroq knew Lucario was getting close, an stopped as Lucario's knot slid out of his mouth an Amaroq moved up to kiss Lucario deeply. Lucario kissed back knowing Amaroq had a good reason for not letting him cum. "Lucario I want this to last, the past four years have the best years of my life and I want you to know that I've fallen hard for you. What do you say Lucario, want to have our first date tomorrow? I know Korrina would help set things up for us. What do you think?" Amaroq explained, hoping Lucario would say yes. Lucario smiled widely, "I would like that very much Amaroq, I've fallen hard for you too an I would love to see where this could go." Lucario explained, trailing kisses down Amaroq's body. Lucario soon reached Amaroq's member, he took the entire thing into his mouth and started a slow but steady rhythm.
