No raised sections, no effort to assist blind people with paper money, they do make a portable bill reader, it is about the sioze of a paperback book that you feed paper money into then it says what what the bill is and if it is counterfeit, was originally made to check for counterfeit money not to assist the blind.
In some areas you can get the drivers manual in braille, in Alaska they have a hunting license for blind people, I always pictured Stevie Wonder out in the woods every time I saw that section when i was filling out one for a customer.

Not second amendment it is the Americans with disabilities act that says you have to allow anyone with a disability to have access, that is why they also have drivers manuals in Braille.
they have had issues, they gave a pilot's license to a deaf man, he could not hear the air traffic controllers, flew into restricted airspace and came close to getting SHOT DOWN.

they give licenses out to people that CAN'T read, I know a woman that is legally blind she has 20/200 vision and she has a driver's license, she got it at first as a joke just to see if they would actually give her one.

Well I have seen people with perfect vision that were still unable to aim and totally missed what they were shooting at, worst part is some of them were cops.
