Resting Spot
I have no idea why but I haven't uploaded a picture of otter Nyrina with here human, Ivan, in a bit... which does not at all make sense to me because I somehow came to know plenty of people on SoFurry here, in furrydom itself, thanks to these two grand characters of mine! Really, I don't think I would have made such an impact in this community or met so many awesome people if not for these two. I owe them plenty! Heh, this particular scene is a very awesome tribute to my characters here and I am more than happy with how the final result turned out in all regards! Cute, loyal, tranquil, this scene simply fantastic, if I may say so myself. :D
After a very long day of walking, where she awoke with him during the early morning hours that dew still dampened the ground and the sky was just being taken back over by father sun in the far if not golden horizon, Nyrina needs a little time to regain her breath. She was happy to find a small stream which she more than happily led Ivan to, sat her weary legs into... then soon dozed off on her human friend's knee. Ivan, smiling to himself, keeping watch for both of them, has no complaints at all. He very much likes the view; both of nature around him and the natural beauty using his knee as a pillow. ;)
This artwork was drawn by none other than a growing favorite of mine, Shana Blackrose both here on SF and on FurAffinity. Her artwork is so colorful, detailed as well as soft compared to other more defined workings. I have proudly become a regular customer of hers and it also is cool that she is social in some terms, discussing with me how nice some of the commissions I ask her to draw. Really, Shana does grand artwork and deserves a round of applause every time she completes a piece. :)
