I made this for my dad's 60th birthday. He's also retiring in a week from the job of junior high school science teacher. His passion is birds and my parents love to go on "nature trips" to watch birds and other beautiful things in Finland's nature. I decided to paint him an eagle because they are so amazing and he always sounds so excited when he has seen an eagle or a hawk. :3

I just bought myself new watercolours, they're Russian and are called "White Nights". I well in love with them, I've never had such good quality paints! Well, they were expensive... :---D
The paper I used wasn't that high quality thought and the background got totally ruined because of it.. *sigh*
It's on A3 paper so I couldn't scan it. I painted this about a month ago and was hoping to get a better picture of it, but I guess that will never happen... Sooo, have an ugly picture while the background is still wet and glued to the background. xD
