Zxalis is a Fluoxi they are equivalent to devils for fluudrani
They are more powerful than Both Fluudrani and Fluufeathers in dragon form
BUT they have to charge these lava balls in their hands before they can shape shift which can take about a minute
leaving them open to attack since they have to focus completely on their powers.
Zxalis is shifting because his anthro form is the size of that fellow fluu being gulped up, doesn't stand a chance that way uvu;
