Good question, Kouga. My money is on Don Karnage getting whatever he wants. Steele was a competent thug, but Karnage is strong AND cunning. Besides, with his crazy accent and distracting charms, he can get folks to agree with him while they're still trying to parse exactly what he's asking for.
