A lack of humour? What are you accusing me of? I will sue your ass, put so much pressure on you that you die of dehydration and then I'll piss on your grave! That's what I am going to do, man, if you ever accuse me of not having any humour! Dammit!

But then again, I do consider you a friend on this site and might not go all the way with that plan ;-)

I am NOT "making moves" on your Jiddy, while she is standing naked in a field. I'm only standing by the fence and looking. My wife would whack me to death with a whack a mole mallet if I made a move to hand her so much as a shirt.
- I am certainly NOT accusing YOU of lack of humor, it WAS a comment about the site as a whole. I feel that many of the furs here lack a subtle or even very functional humorous side. I feel that some of the more orc or troll, or dwarf like types suffer from Asberger's Syndrome- where they are unable to correctly cue on others humor nor cue others to their humor in appropriate situations. They crack jokes that others are hurt by, others crack jokes that hurt them, altogether too much drama where none was needed. there (in the past week) have been some very funny comics posted. so there is humour on the site -- but enough for my tastes, just not as much as I could want.
As for your proposition of pinkling on my grave, only if Widow Paws agrees, and you shout, "Papi! Papi, ich muss!" while you do it.

I am inclined to agree with you on the humour thing, even though I am not sure if I am as informed as you are. But thinking about what I am doing for this site as well, I am cringe as I feel slightly rather guilty as well...
After all "Migratory Birds" ain't a refreshing comedy either...

Oh and on that other... ehr, issue... I will take this matter to your widow in case the situation arises. ;-)

I'm specifically referring to the humour in the comments, when I see the humour the respondent meant, but how the recipient took the comment to be insulting. Very little humour there.
The stories often have some humour even if they are serious, and horrid in over all scope. That is not lacking.

Your observation is intriguing, because it made me think about my own attitude. I usually avoid making ironic comments exactly for the reason you mentioned there and I never really reflected upon this. If I am making more humourous statements it is usually with people like you, people I have already exchanged a few posts with.

Right now, I am a little bit too tired to think this through now (it's past midnight over here). Some other time!
