Sam woke up early Saturday morning at 6:00A.M like he normally does. He got up and went to his dresser and grabbed a white T-Shirt and Blue Jeans, and a pair of Boxers he than went to the Linen closet and grabbed a towel. He went in the shower and turned on the water, After waiting for the water to heat up Sam stepped in feeling the warm water run over him. after showering he stepped out and toweled off before getting dressed and going for his morning run. Sam looked and saw is sister Ally sitting on the couch watching one of her DVD's he quickly said "Hi" than ran outside.

Sam took of in a dead sprint working everyday for the past two months to increase his stamina and agility Sam would run into heavy traffic to doges cars "If you can dodge a car you can dodge a football player". he ran in front of several cars jumping on the hoods than jumping of in a rhythm that seemed unnatural cars stopping to see what the teenage star was doing "Goddamn kid is gonna kill himself or someone else".

Sam looked back after getting to the other side "im getting slower coach is gonna kill me if i don't get better" slapping himself in the face as hard as he can Sam took off again running non stop until he could see the dawn. "Its about time you showed up" he said to the sun "i must be at least 5 miles away from home.

Lets head back" he pulled a stopwatch he had been running for over two and a half hours. he cleared the time and broke off in a dead run dodging cars again they seemed to slow into blurs he didn't focus on this though he torn down the road. he arrived at his driveway slowed to a stop than looked at the watch. it took him 30 minutes to run those 5 miles he looks down at the ground short of breath.

After a few minutes he went in side. Ally was sleeping on the couch with the T.V still running. Sam couldn't help but smile as he looked at her, he walked into his room and brought out a pillow and blanket. as he covered her up and put the pillow under her head he kisses her on the cheek and went down to the basement to the bench and started lifting weights. "im gonna get better or die trying."

Sam worked in his basement for the next few hours before long his mom came down stairs and saw him working out and beat the hell out of himself when he made a mistake. "Sam hun you need a break this isn't good for you to be this hard on yourself your just a boy enjoy your youth while you have it." Sam put the weights down and looked at the clock it was now noon. he walked up stairs to the diner table it was just about lunch time not having eaten breakfast due to his morning workout Sam scarfed down his 3 lunchmeat sandwiches and liter of Coke. After this Sam would go back down stairs to read and watch T.V and relax for the rest of his Saturday. He did wear a shirt while in his basement apartment. his mother left him a few letters on the desk "bloody bills" he said in a snarl, mind he didn't hate paying rent for the cool comfort of the basement but he didn't like give it to his mom who than used it on his Step-Father who Sam saw as a worthless drunk who didn't do more than mooch off him and his mother. his hated the guy. wanted to beat the lights out of him send him to the hospital with low hopes of surviving'85.but he didn't he clenched his fists and began to tear into his punching bag throw punch/kick combo's he didn't see the bag ripping under his power and speed all. Sam wanted was to break something to feel something crumble under him. he cussed under his breath as he tore into the bag

After he was done he could see his knuckles bleeding from the stress he had been putting on himself "this is no good i gotta get better" he punched himself in his side of the face a few times trying to increase his pain threshold. after beating himself up and releasing all his rage he went into him room and laid on his bed after picking up his cellphone he called up his girlfriend Kendal who lived about 30 minutes away from Sam's house she was a cute woman about 18 years old, same age as Sam, They had been dating for 8 months and today was the 8 month anniversary.

The phone rang a few times before Kendal's sweet soft voice could be heard. "Hello?"
"Hey babe its me" he spoke into the mouthpiece.
"HEY! Haven't talked to you in a few days" when she spoke Sam swore it sounded like an angel singing.
"Hey listen you wanna come over and hang out?" he asked her in a seductive tone. he could hear her giggle on the other end of the line
"ok but you will have to come pick me up" and in a heartbeat he hung up he phone and grabbed his car keys and went out to his car and burned rubber down the road.

he arrived at her house about 15 minutes later and knocked on the door Kendal opened the door.
"Sammy your forgot to put on a shirt" he giggles if my dad saw you like this i wouldn't be leaving the house.
he looked at her "well with that i have in mind you wont want me in my shirt" he chuckled as he kissed her.
