Based on a poly family design, the house features two complete separate living spaces in case families would like to spend time as a single unit away from other guest. The walls are all sound proof and individual climate control options lets each guest control the temperature of their own room though the common areas of the house stay right around 76 degrees Fahrenheit. A wrap around porch on the bottom floor and a catwalk connecting the four roof decks on top allow anyone to go outside and enjoy the view, though the west deck is usually reserved.

The 8 person hot tub also has a dome that can be fitted over it, allowing it to be used as an isolation tank or, as a theater with the help of a built in projector that projects an image on the inside of the dome. The 4 game stations in the game room and the game stations in each bedroom are equipped with top of the line gaming computers as well as the newest and most popular consoles.
