Even when Tygon is visibly upset with how you handled this particular situation? He's too much of a nice person to admit it, but the way you handled things on your end leaves much to be desired. Refusing to apologize to him only shows how little regard you have for your customers. By all means, keep doing what you're doing. Your communication with your clients is stellar :D

If you had any idea about how I usually communicate with my customers, you would probably bite your tongue. If you're butt hurt about this communication, I can only imagine how you plan to combat the massive amount of pretentious arseholes in the art community.
