I have wanted a rat character for so long y'all have no idea! When Pandsky was telling me about this character they were working on I was like, "Are you designing her specifically to tempt me?"
So, meet Astrid! I'm still figuring out how I'm going to depict her in a modern setting, but you'll probably see her pop up in the sci fi setting I've been working with as a merc who's actually really sweet until someone gets in her face and then their teeth are promptly introduce to the nearest bulkhead. As I think about her personality, I imagine she was probably kind of a bully in Middle and High School and has since emotionally matured and mellowed out, though on occasion she still takes it out on people who get in her face.
Bottom line, we all need some more pastel butch lesbian rats in our lives.
