Plushie Serperior works like Plushie Lugia and the others. They are unable to move until they are touched by a living being. When they come to life, they are eager not to let their new life source/battery escape. Here, Serperior is releasing a sleep-inducing gas from within its body to lull its victim into a state of greater compliance. Once a victim has been stored away, either in Serperior's belly or cocooned in its coils, their subconscious mind falls under the snake's control.

The more people who come into contact with Serperior's body, the more powerful it becomes.
