Rubber Toy Fox
Title can't be empty.
Title can't be empty.
Several years ago, I commissioned a rubber fox costume from dolphin42. This is version 2 of that costume. The original inspiration came from lomax , but the original artist was not available to do one. dolphin42 is local to me, and he was able to produce exactly what I was looking for.
The concept is that the costume is supposed to look like a "toy" with a very plastic look. I consider the effect a success when someone at a street fair commented that I "look and smell like an action figure"
The costume is made entirely out of latex, using 3 types of latex. It uses foam latex for the face mask, and sheet latex for the rest of the suit. The tail is inflatable because that is the only real way to get the proper shape. The entry is hidden well as a zipper along the shoulder line, so the "toy" looks a seamless as a molded plastic children's toy.
The cast paws are slush cast latex, and were made in limited numbers by deezlberries
