The last of my ArtSpots uploads for now, and the last made in GIMP. This is Marick, in his introduction scene. Beaten scratched and exhausted, Marick managed to flee from his pack to Alturus, where he collapsed, nearly unconscious in an alley, under the pouring rain. Makya, Jolon and Sucki had nearly caught up with him, but they were forced to flee for fear of discovery. they would doubtless be killed, too, should they be found in the Human city.

This was inspired by an imaged of a hunted wolf I found in a National Geographic, and also my first attempt at perspective. The rain in the image didn't come out as clearly as I would have liked, but I am still very happy with this one. Drawn on paper with pencil and ink, colored in GIMP with a Bamboo tablet.
