Saiyan of Vengeance: Minato (Ultimate Super Saiyan)
Sooo this was a neat little thing I got from a guy called twitter.com/CodytheDumbass on Twitter. He was offering Dokkan Battle style commissions and I thought I'd get one of my main Saiyan OC, Minato. Gotta say... *whistle* It looks BEAUTIFUL.
