Robert Braxman has published another video spreading blatant misinformation about GrapheneOS in order to promote his highly insecure products and services. In addition to many false technical claims and fabrications about our team, he's falsely claiming the project is dying.

I love snac. I love the philosophy behind it. I love the high character limit. I love the fact that it works in Links2. I love the minimalism. I love the way the public view of profiles appears like a basic blog. I love that it is endorsed by prahou (the creator of unix_surrealism, who actually gave me this account; massive thanks, btw).

However, there are a few issues, one of which I cannot ignore. Self-moderation on this platform is not possible, meaning that my recent post promoting my article on mobile web browsers had to be deleted and re-posted after a certain incredibly racist bot account replied to it and I was unable to do anything.

I have also found that I have barely read or posted on the fediverse since I switched over.

There is also the matter of client compatibility is also an issue, but this does not impact the following decision much.

As a result of everything, I have decided to move back to my Mastodon account, @[email protected], effectiv immediately.

Thanks for the last month or so. Other than what I've mentioned, it has been excellent, and who knows? Maybe I'll be back in the future.
