I've installed SmoothDraw, but there was no way to change the background color automatically. You have to select Background Layer and then use a brush to colorize it. Once this process is completed, go the left side and create a new layer where you can draw and perform the operations you need.
There is no other way to choose the color of the background layer.
I am using my touch screen laptop (Lenovo) to create on Smoothdraw. When I motion up or down, the canvas moves instead of any lines being drawn. Does anyone know how to keep the canvas fixed in place so I can draw vertically?

To enable drawing, firstly activate the function and then use the touchscreen to drawing every direction you want. If you don't activate the function, the move function will be used therefore, the only thing you can move with the touch screen is the window. After you enable drawing, you will have the possibility to swipe in every direction you want.
I cannot figure out how the 'Draw with Stencil' function works, or even what its purpose is. Can anyone explain this to me?

Draw with Stencil is used to apply patterns and models to your current drawing. It was embedded to ease the work with already created designs. To work with the feature, first select it and choose the available models, then click on the design area and the model or pattern will be added.
