Smooth Technology fabricated immersive lighting elements for Paradise Lost, the “maximalist tiki bar” in NYC’s East Village. A giant LED canvas runs animations across the entire bar and creates a unique show. An easy-to-use iPad interface allows the bar to change scenes, altering its look and feel with the touch of a button.

Some of those narrative-pushing fixtures number an eight-foot altar, oversized bat taxidermy (head only), a white fur interior door and snakeskin banquettes. There is also a lighting arrangement that changes when you order select cocktails.
