At CMHA – Sudbury/Manitoulin, our Training and Health Promotion programs offer a range of engaging workshops, presentations, and certification training opportunities for individuals, organizations, and workplaces seeking to deepen their understanding of mental health.
Whether you’re a business, community group, service provider, or simply someone interested in learning more, our team delivers practical, evidence-informed sessions that can be customized to meet your needs.
Training is available both in-person and virtually within the Sudbury District.

Public Education
Empowering our community through education, our Training and Health Promotion programs provide the tools and knowledge needed to foster mental wellness in every workplace and home.
Certification Training
Our interactive certificate program empowers individuals with the practical skills and awareness needed to recognize mental health challenges, reduce stigma, and provide vital immediate support to those in crisis.
Corporate and/or Workplace Services
Our educational workshops provide practical, evidence-based tools and insights to help the community better understand mental health and champion wellness in everyday life.
