The issues of anxiety, stress and depression are getting worse day-by-day. An individual’s self-efficacy relates to his or her confidence in their ability to carry out the behaviour required to create particular performance outcomes. The tendency to live a happy life free of stress, anxiety, and sadness increases with self-efficacy. The present work deals with a correlational study on the Dichotomous variables: Social Science students and Science students, while Independent Variables are Anxiety, Depression. Stress, General Self-efficacy, Specific Self-efficacy using the DASS-21 and Self-Efficacy Scale on the post-graduate students. The findings of the study reveals that all the aforesaid variables are related.

Organisational commitment goes beyond merely being an official member because it also requires having a positive attitude towards the organisation and being willing to put in a lot of effort to ensure its success. The objective of the current study is to determine the correlations between organisational climate and institutional commitment among secondary school teachers of West Bengal in regard to gender and institution location. This research is of the descriptive survey type. A sum of 400 secondary school teachers in West Bengal provided data for the study using a stratified random sample technique. The data were analysed in SPSS Version 26.0 using appropriate descriptive statistics like mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of correlation. The findings showed a strong correlation between organisational climate and institutional commitment among West Bengali secondary school teachers.

To define the probability distribution of variables and draw conclusions about the distribution's parameters, one uses a statistical technique known as parametric technique. Non-parametric approaches are used when the probability distribution cannot be defined. The present work deals with how the parametric test and non-parametric test can be used in educational research and the broad array of research area they produce.

This process is known as leadership. The main
tenacity of the study is to mark a comparison among the different leadership styles like commanding leadership, democratic leadership, visionary leadership, affiliative leadership and coaching leadership taken
together as a unit applying Mahalanobis distance. It is a Descriptive survey type research. Data for the present study have been collected from 40 Head of the institutions of West Bengal, India using Stratified Random
sampling technique. Different leadership styles are compared taking gender and location of institution as independent variables applying Mahalanobis distance. The result exposed that there is no significant difference in dynamical nature of the dichotomous groups when five dependent variables i.e. commanding leadership, democratic leadership, visionary leadership, affiliative leadership and coaching leadership composed as a branch.

The present work deals with the application of such to measure the difference in different dimensions of Organizational Climate like Employees’ Perception of Autonomy, Trust on Manager, Team Work, Reward and Recognition, Employees’ Perception towards Fairness and Employees’ Perception towards Organizational Support taking together as a branch for different groups of secondary level teachers. Difference between groups of secondary level teachers for all the dependent variables taken together at a time is a matter of consideration here. Mahalanobis Distance is one of the most powerful way-out to find out the dynamical nature of group of variables. Two different dichotomous
groups of teachers have been taken into consideration for this present study. Mahalanobis Distance is smeared to associate the dynamical nature of six dependent variables i.e. different dimensions of Organizational Climate like Employees’ Perception of Autonomy, Trust on Manager, Team Work, Reward and Recognition, Employees’ Perception towards Fairness and Employees’ Perception towards Organizational Support considered as a branch. The result revealed that there is no significant difference in dynamical nature of six dependent variables for different groups of independent variables.
KEY WORDS: Mahalanobis Distance, Organizational Climate, Employees’ Perception of Autonomy, Trust on Manager, Team Work, Reward and Recognition, Employees’ Perception towards Fairness and Employees’ Perception towards Organizational Support.

Programs for establishing principles in society must be developed. Education without ethics is like a flower without fragrance.
Students need to recognise that character development is just as important as career development. Good character, morality and
values in life are the most important factors that drive a person towards self-realization. This essay makes an attempt to examine
the function and need of value in education, literature and art in society. Doing this, the paper goes into detail regarding the
implications of developing value education.

Individual attitudes that are so substantially influenced by group interactions as to become extraordinarily stable and standard within the group are referred to as collective attitudes. Adjustment is the capacity to adapt to changes in one's physical, professional, and social environment. In other words, adjustment is the behaviour of addressing conflicting expectations or wants that are hindered by contextual challenges. Both people and pets adapt to their surroundings. The attitude is initially a trial reaction, which is an interrupted replacement behaviour that appears inside a lacklustre adjustment response, but it has the potential to become the organism's long-term set. The better we treat society and its constituents, the greater response we receive from them, and consequently, the better and more comfortable our social existence becomes. This paper attempts to look into the various dimensions of adjustments and its measurement through Mahalanobis Distance.

Although gender inequality in education has changed a lot in recent decades to fight for women’s rights, nowadays gender inequality is on the rise. There is a big difference between equality and parity. However, equity and equality are two distinct terms that are often used in education to express ‘equality’ and ‘fairness’. Both represent democratic rules. Maintaining gender equality and equality in education is essential for the smooth progress of a society. Many government policies have been adopted to maintain gender bias between equality and equity in education system. The present article seeks to discuss the role of equality and equality in education and the real situation in our country. Gender equality and equality is a prerequisite for the liberation of the human race.
