- Visit ‚Plugins > Add New‘
- Search for ‚MT Cookie Consent‘
- Activate MT Cookie Consent from your Plugins page.
- Click Options from your Plugin page
From WordPress.org
- Download MT Cookie Consent.
- Upload the ‚jquery-cookie-law‘ directory to your ‚/wp-content/plugins/‘ directory, using your favorite method (ftp, sftp, scp, etc…)
- Activate MT Cookie Consent from your Plugins page.
- Click Options from your Plugin page
Extra
- Adjust the CSS of your theme as needed, to make everything pretty.

Great plugin with easy settings and nice presentation.
It would be even better if developer make a some option for styling the notification bar (background, fonts, size, button color e.t.c.). But this for future updates other than that – this oi solid and useful plugin.
