After install, you will see a menu in admin dashboard called Formico. Click it, and active your elementor form extension and fields to use in elmentor form.

Google Map API for address auto complete.
To use the address auto-complete extension, a Google Maps API key is required. If an API key is not added in the Formico settings, the address auto-complete options will be hidden. Here are some useful links about obtaining a Google Maps API key:
