Playing with flash and I thought of something I saw on Strobist.
"Car in Green". The foreground lighting came from my monolight at 1/16 power. I shot this handheld with a 100mm macro lens at 1/250sec, f/8, ISO 400.

Now that I have two flashes I decided to break out the macro lens and play handheld (wow that sounded bad) Too lazy to drag out the tripod. 
"The Ocho" - Canon EOS 20D, 100mm macro (1:1), f/32, 1/250 sec.

For just a few dollars I made a lightbox out of a small cardboard box, duct tape, tracing paper, and white posterboard. I'm using a cheap floor lamp and a small clip light with two 5500K flourescents for light. The whole thing is sitting on my ironing board. Props to strobist.com for the original idea.

A shot from the garden that turned out to be pretty cool in my opinion.
You know how to operate a camera once you can shoot a dark black cat in front of a bright window. I like how the background was totally washed out. No editing was done in this picture aside from resizing.
