Steven Bradford Culp (born December 3, 1955) is an American actor. He appeared in such movies as Jason Goes to Hell: The Final Friday (1993) and James and the Giant Peach (1996). He also portrayed Robert F. Kennedy, the younger brother of John F. Kennedy, in 1996 HBO movie Norma Jean & Marilyn and in 2000 political thriller Thirteen Days. On television he is known for his roles as Clayton Webb in JAG (1997–2004), Jeff Haffley in The West Wing (2003–2005) and Rex Van de Kamp in Desperate Housewives (2004–2012).
