Luca Modric (Croatian pronunciation: [lûːka mǒːdritɕ];[4][5] born 9 September 1985) is a Croatian football player who plays as a midfielder for Italian club Milan and is the captain of the Croatia national team. He is regarded as one of the greatest midfielders and one of the greatest Croatian players of all time.
