Molly’s remarkable legacy is one of profound impact, dedication, and unwavering commitment to leadership and mentorship. As an inaugural member of the SIM CFL Hall of Fame, she leaves behind a lasting imprint on the Chapter, RLF (Rising Leader Forums), and the entire national SIM organization.
Molly joined SIM CFL in 2004, and over the years, she made extraordinary contributions in various roles, including Membership Chair, Vice President, and ultimately serving two terms as Chapter President. Her leadership helped guide the Chapter to new heights, fostering a culture of engagement and excellence that continues to thrive today. She was also instrumental in driving SIM CFL’s philanthropic efforts, ensuring the Chapter’s enduring commitment to “giving back” to the community.
Molly was more than a leader; she was a true mentor, and through her role as an RLF Facilitator, she touched the lives of hundreds of men and women, helping them grow and develop as leaders in their own right. Her dedication to lifelong learning, her tireless advocacy for RLF, and her compassion for those in need will be remembered as pillars of her legacy.
Her influence as a role model and mentor was immeasurable, and her contributions will continue to inspire all of us who had the privilege of working alongside her.
Molly’s passing in January 2025 leaves a profound void, but her spirit, wisdom, and commitment to making others better will live on in all the lives she touched.
Every 90 minutes someone is diagnosed with ALS — it robs a person of the ability to walk, speak, eat, and eventually breathe. And what’s even worse is that right now, there’s no cure.
