Objective, activities implemented as part of the project, target group:

The objective of the project is to develop, verify the correctness of functionality, and prepare for implementation in its business activity, an innovative, at least on a national scale, automatic, intelligent, and self-learning Recruitment Process Service System. This system, assuming the success of this project, will become a revolution in the approach to the services offered by the Company on a daily basis, consisting of providing people with specific competences to clients submitting inquiries and expressing the need for staff.

As part of the project, Sii plans to carry out three tasks classified as industrial research, covering in principle challenges related to mechanisms recommending people for projects, processing data on candidates, and building mechanisms calculating the ranking (scoring) of candidates, and analyzing the work progress of employed people.

After completing the industrial research, i.e. after obtaining positive results (meeting the assumed parameters and milestones) for the main three tasks, a task classified as development work will be carried out, within which the main challenge will be to combine all the developed solutions into one, functional system, which will be characterized by an appropriate level of automation, information exchange, work parameters ensuring high efficiency, no errors or incorrectly performed processes and tasks. As part of this task, there will also be a detailed verification of individual fragments of the prepared system and the overall functioning, which verification will serve to finally confirm the operation of the entire mechanism of artificial intelligence and machine learning in the recruitment process.
