Advancing noninvasive technology to create a new diagnostic standard of care

SignatureDx is reshaping the way we predict, detect, and understand human disease through advanced noninvasive diagnostics

The Importance of Early
Detection & Diagnosis

Medical conditions appear in different forms for each individual, often progressing without any visible symptoms. Silently progressing conditions are not typically detected until they have reached more advanced stages, which can result in fewer options for effective and accessible treatments. While diagnostic testing plays an important role in determining next steps, many of these procedures are invasive and may be associated with additional health risks.

Turning Signatures into Powerful Insights

A single blood sample offers a world of insights into a person’s health. That’s why our research platform utilizes cell free DNA (cfDNA) obtained from a noninvasive liquid biopsy. Through our innovative lab techniques and patented analytical approaches, we can identify relevant data, or “signatures”, and use them to determine early health indicators.

Our Research Areas

Women's Reproductive Health

We are dedicated to advancing noninvasive diagnostics to create better health outcomes for women. With growing concerns in the maternal health space, our research focuses on developing novel solutions to safely predict and detect pregnancy-related complications as well as conditions affecting women's overall reproductive health.

Organ Health

Organ Health

Our research includes the study of organs, organ systems, and the unique complications associated with organ transplants. Through our approach of noninvasive liquid biopsy, we are developing diagnostic tools that can monitor the long-term health of kidneys and lungs and detect early indications of organ transplant rejection.
