Shots Inc. (“Shots,” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access the design platform at shots.so or any related applications (collectively, the “Service”).

2. Information We Collect

  • Account Information. Name, email, password hash.
  • Content. Graphics, videos, text, or other materials you upload or create in the Service for rendering your designs.
  • Usage Data. Logs of pages visited, renders requested, feature usage, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Device & Technical Data. Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies & Similar Tech. Session cookies for authentication and Plausible analytics cookies for product improvement.

3. How We Use Information

  • Operate, maintain, and improve the Service;
  • Process transactions and manage subscriptions;
  • Render and deliver your designs and videos;
  • Provide customer support and respond to inquiries;
  • Send administrative messages, updates, security alerts, and promotional emails (you may opt out);
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud or security issues;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.

4. Legal Bases (EEA & UK Users)

We process personal data on the following legal bases: (i) contract necessity, (ii) legitimate interests (e.g., product improvement), (iii) consent (for marketing), and (iv) legal obligations.

  • Service Providers. Cloud hosting (Vercel, Cloudflare R2), payment processing (Stripe), analytics, and customer support tools—all bound by confidentiality.

  • Legal Compliance. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.
  • Your Direction. We share content when you choose to publish or share links publicly.

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain data for 90 days before permanent deletion, except where longer retention is required by law (e.g., tax records retained for 7 years). You may request deletion of your account at any time.

However, no internet transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.   • Delete Content. Delete designs or videos at any time.
  • Opt-Out. Unsubscribe from marketing emails via the link provided.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us to delete it.

11. Third-Party Services

Our Service may include links or integrations with third-party services whose privacy practices differ from ours. Your interactions with these services are governed by their privacy policies.
