Clicks can be automatically deleted by configuring the settings from Automatic Clicks Cleanup on ShortLinks Pro menu -> Settings -> Clicks Tracking tab.

You will find these tools on your WordPress dashboard navigating to ShortLinks Pro menu -> Tools -> General tab.
Allows you to manually delete clicks associated with the links older than 30 or 90 days. Also, there is a red button to delete all clicks from your instalation.
