Create FOMO (Fear of missing out) and URGENCY among web visitors by showing the usernames of people who just bought products. Plus, encourage them to join the crowd with the Product Sales Pop-Up Notification Module.
These sales notifications contain information like how many product units have been sold recently and who has purchased those.
The Sales Notification module has 2 different tabs. General and Styles
1. General #
Click on the General tab. The core Configuration for the Sales Notifications Module is located within the General Section.
1.1 Enable Sales Notification: Enabling this notification is mandatory. Toggle to activate the sales notifications module. Upon having recent sales, the front end will display notifications with relevant sales history.
1.2 Select Notification layout: Various notification layouts are accessible. You can choose one.
1.3 Notification Image Type: In this notification image, you can choose Product Image, User Image, or No Image.
1.4 Specify the Number of Recent Orders: You can insert a number to specify the quantity of the latest orders to retrieve the data.
1.5 Data Refresh Interval (seconds): You can enter the data refresh interval. Data will be regenerated after the specified amount of time in seconds every time.
1.6 Notification Pop-up Position: Customize the positioning of notifications pop-up for optimal user engagement and visibility on your webpage.
1.7 Notification Animation: Make notifications eye-catching with gentle fade-ins, slide left, slide up for a visually appealing touch.
1.8 Notification Delay: Adjust the time delay between notifications, ensuring a well-paced display of updates and a seamless user experience.
1.9 Notification Timeout: Keep notifications visible for a set time to make sure customers can see important updates clearly.
1.10 Show Close Button: Display a close button with notifications, allowing users to easily dismiss (after 24 hours) them and maintain a clutter-free interface for enhanced usability.
1.11 Display User Name: Enable this setting to display the user’s name in sales notifications.
1.12 Show On Mobile: Control whether notifications appear on mobile devices, tailoring the user experience and optimizing message delivery across different platforms.
1.13 Show Orders Currently in Processing Status: Activate this notifications display for orders in ‘Processing’ statuses.
1.14 Enable Product Link: Activate product links to provide convenient access for users, enabling seamless navigation to specific products and enhancing the shopping experience.
1.15 Product Title Maximum Words: Determine the maximum number of words for product titles, this will ensure a consistent and visually appealing display of product information throughout notifications.
Now, click on the “Save Changes” button to save the updates.
2. Visibility #
Now move to the Visibility tab.
2.1 Display in Post Types: Choose post types to display sales notifications.
2.2 Exclude Post Types: Select the post you want to exclude from displaying sales notifications.
2.3 Select Pages to Display Notifications: You will get access to specify the pages for displaying notifications. All post types are supported.
2.4 Pages to Exclude Notifications: You will also get the permission to select the pages you want to exclude from displaying notifications.
Now, click on the “Save Changes” button to save the updates.
3. Style #
Now move to the Style tab. This setting controls the style of the front-end appearance.
3.1 Background Color: Set the notification background color for better appearance.
3.2 Link Color: Choose the notification link color as your preference.
3.3 Link Hover Color: Select the notification link hover color as your choice.
3.4 Text Color: Set the notification text color for better appearance.
3.5 Name Address Color: Set the notification name-address color for better appearance.
3.6 Purchase Time Color: Choose the notification purchase color as your preference.
3.7 Close Button Color: Select the notification close button color as your choice.
Now, click on the “Save Changes” button to save the updates.
