well. i dis-like nathanial hawthorne w/ a passion. i read the scarlett letter and barely got through. i vowed never to read anything by him again, but i'm now being forced to read the house of seven gables for english am not even through the 1st chapter and am totally bored. do not know how i will get through the book. but as always am like the only one of my friends who can actually understand what the dude is saying and what he means so must actually read it....i love reading...but....come on....he has got to be one of the most boring writers (no offense to anyone who enjoys hawthorne) |

It was a very good book was not able to put it down. It was one of the best books I have ever read. Which quite frankly is saying a lot seeing as how I read a lot and often find very interesting and intriguing books. Whatever. Very much encourage you to read this book. Unless of course you are a dreadful prep Just finished watching the oh so studid Napolean Dynamite. Though there were some funny parts I, myself can not see how people think that it is a good movie. In my opinion it has absolutely no point and a movie with out a purpose never had and never will have a chance of even being considered an ok movie therefore I recommend that you don't watch this sorry excuse for a movie. Though if you are a prep you would probably enjoy this movie seeing as how you have the mental capacity of a chipmunk. Current Mood: apathetic |
