This qualitative study is done with the purpose of creating understanding for the theoretical democratic content in educational materials for Civic Education courses 1a1 and 1b during GY-11, so teachers create an intentional approach when using educational materials in their democratic education. This was motivated as important considering the reduction in obligatory Civic Education for the vocational programs. The study was conducted using a hermeneutic qualitative reading method where the educational materials, more specifically two series with one book for each course, was read with purpose of creating understanding for the democratic content according to ideal democratic models: deliberative democracy, participatory democracy and electoral democracy. A text voice analysis was also conducted using Bakhtins theory of dialogic and monologue text that contributed to the general result concerning the democratic content. The results show that the electoral democracy ideal is dominant in all educational materials, there is hence no striking difference between the democratic content in 1a1 and 1b educational materials. Though the study shows intention in the 1a1 educational materials towards a more participatory democracy ideal, the electoral ideal are still clearly dominant.

This paper is interested in Swedish psychiatry during the period between 1930-1950, localized to Mariebergs hospital in Sweden. The purpose of this paper has been to test Sjöstroms evidence of the pattern that he used to create three analytical concepts, roughly translated to; morally educative discipline-treatment, the production process and the ideal institution citizen. Sjöström motivates that his concepts gives insight into one aspect of the psychiatric expansion between 1860-1960 as well as creates an understanding of psychiatry as an institution. The source material for this paper has been patients' medical notes written by the chief physician of the institution. Via a method which mainly different from Sjöstrom in its selection, categorization and more thorough presentation, this paper has seen the same patterns which Sjöström has created his three concepts from. The ideal institution citizen, defined by its well behaved and calm behaviour emerges also in this papers quantitative compilation of qualitative data as the clear majority. The morally educative disciplinetreatment, treatments and punishments that focuses on creating an acceptable behaviour rather than the treatment of insanity itself, can be seen in the adjective behavioural descriptions of the type well-behaved / badly-behaved which are dominant. The focus in the journals is behaviour rather than mental decease symptoms such as hallucinations and treatment is based on unaccepted behaviour rather than symptoms. Also, the sequential order that exists between badly-behaved behaviour and treatments, and well-behaved behaviour and rewards shows the focus on behaviour which the concept is based on. The previous two results together is the two parts of Sjöströms production process, that trough the morally educative discipline-treatment the institution creates an acceptable, quiet and well behaved ideal institution citizen were the mental decease becomes secondary.

Ideea europeană s-a dezvoltat în principal în perioada dintre cele 2 Războaie Mondiale. Scopuri: 9 Obţinerea păcii 9 Sporirea influenţei Europei în lume Şi înainte şi după constituirea UE au existat diverse organizaţii de cooperare militară , economică sau politică. În 1929 , Aristide Briand propunea primul proiect politic european în faţa societăţii naţiunilor , fondat în 1920 la Geneva~ După al 2-lea RM dificultăţile economice şi ameninţarea unui Razboi Rece au constituit liante pentru statele europene. 19 septembrie 1946 -W~ Churchill pronunţa un discurs la Universitatea din Zurich invitând statele europene sa constituie Statele Unite ale Europei. Fundamentul constituia reconcilierea franco-germana. 5 iunie 1947 -G.Marshall propunea la Harvard un important ajutor economic pentru toate ţarile europene slăbite de război (program de restabilire european/ planul Marshall)=> imbold pentru crearea în 1948 Organizaţiei de cooperare economică europeană. 1948 -Haga -Congres european sub Churchill unde s-a recomandat crearea unei dunări deliberative şi a unui Consiliu special european care avea sarcina de a pregăti intrarea europeana atât pe plan politic cât şi economic. Se preconiza la acea vreme crearea unei Curţi de Justiţie care ar fi controlat aplicarea unei Carte a drepturilor omului => crearea Consiliului Europei, sediul la Strasbourg , format din Adunare Consultativa si Comitet de ministri. Desi adunearea a incercat sa lanseze numeroase initiative pentru unificarea europeana in diverse odmenii , recomandarile respective nu ajung sa mobilizeze statele europene. Astfel utilitatea Consiliului Europei este limitata din cauza modalitatii de conlucrare , metoda interguvernamentala in care fiecare stat are drept veto. In acel moment nici unul din statele europene nu era gata sa-si limiteze suveranitatea in favoarea unei unificari europene mai stranse.

Usually very large multivariate datasets require processing. These datasets often consist of a large number of sample locations and several time steps. The steadily increasing performance of computers has recently become a driving factor for a reemergence in flow visualization research, especially in texture-based techniques. In this paper, dense, texture-based flow visualization techniques are discussed. This class of techniques attempts to provide a complete, dense representation of the flow field with high spatio-temporal coherency. An attempt of categorizing closely related solutions is incorporated and presented. Fundamentals are shortly addressed as well as advantages and disadvantages of the methods.
