I got another request to use one of my fractals as an icon for a composer's music.
The composer's name is David Smith and its a jaunty and cute wind instrumental that I really enjoyed listening to.

I got 20 new fractal cards..in Glossy...and just ruined ALL of them trying to stamp my info on the back.

Damnit!!!!

Finally finished all the Re-renders. I'm going to bed and sleeping the rest of Tuesday away.

So while Bear and I roamed around town today I decided to get the fractals I have been working on printed up in small 4x6 photos so I can look at the colors and see how they are coming out. Computer monitors are relative, everything looks different on Bears monitor where mine the colors are deeper and more brilliant, his they seems to be washed out and dull. So prints were the way to go and not to expensive.

I think I am gonna toss aside the card stock prints in favor of photo ones. Mainly because some fractals, like the Julians, have to be done this way, printers just can not get the detail so it has to be digital photos. Another reason, glossy photos just look better. Unfortunately this means they are going to be a bit more expensive to print but I think I can manage to keep the basic price close to the same.

I have also learned today that my Math teacher was right, I would need to use ratios in real life at some point. Curses!

Still having good luck with fractals so I thought I'd post another to see what you guys think. As well as show you the finished product for Time Machine!

I think I made my last fractal post too late in the evening for people to see it. So I will shamelessly pimp it again in hopes that people will go there and help with color choices and naming.

I spent ll day working fractals today, well working fractal. I worked and rendered 1 particular fractal all day today trying to find the right color combination. I couldn't, so you guys get to. ;) This might end up like my Chrysanthemum set (See LJ background) where I use the same fractal with many different color combos, but I have not decided yet. So let me know what you guys think!
