This paper also explores the mediation roles of perceived self-efficacy (PSE), perceived well-being (PWB), and internal service quality (ISQ). Multilevel data was collected from 766 respondents at the individual level and 532 respondents at the organizational level in Egyptian five-star hotels. WarpPLS findings show that WHMs significantly affect PSE and PWB. Moreover, PSE, PWB, and ISQ were partially mediated. Lastly, this paper's theoretical and practical implications in the hotel context are discussed.

The research sample consists of 423 employees of 21 four-star hotels in Egypt. The PLS-SEM results revealed that service employee creativity is enhanced when they realize their leaders have visions for the future, are capable of overcoming organizational inertia, along with keeping up with simultaneous changes. The results revealed that this behavior dampens the negative relationship between visionary leadership and organizational inertia. The theoretical and practical implications of the extracted results are discussed.

This paper also investigates negative reciprocity (NRC), which has both mediation and moderation effects. Using a survey questionnaire, 412 employees were approached at 15 five-star hotels in Aswan and Luxor (Egypt). The results indicated that ASV and FNE positively affected PDS. Furthermore, the results revealed that negative reciprocity partially mediated the ASV-PDS relationship. Moreover, NRC mitigated the positive effects of ASV and FNE on PDS. Lastly, this paper also provides academics and practitioners in the hotel industry with meaningful theoretical and practical originality.

To untangle this association, this paper examines how physical evidence influences three psychological factors (i.e. guest delight, emotional well-being, and overall image), as well as mediating the relationship between indoor and outdoor physical evidence and guest retention. The cognitive appraisal theory and the stimulusorganism-response model were employed in the study model. Data were gathered from 428 guests staying at seven five-star beach resorts in Sharm El-Sheikh. The Smart-PLS findings show that overall resort image, guest delight, and emotional well-being partially and serially mediate between physical evidence and guest retention. The findings offer theoretical and practical contributions to managing the guest experience journey in beach resorts.

Drawing on the leader-member exchange and social exchange theories, this study investigates the link between PXL with work engagement (ENG) and employee voice behavior (EVB) by means of perceived organizational support (POS). The current study also explores work environment (ENV) in the hotel setting as a moderator. Simple random sampling has been used to gather data from 493 employees working in five-star hotels in Sharm El-Sheikh. The partial least square (PLS)structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis revealed that POS partially mediated the association of POS with ENG and EVB. Moreover, ENV helped strengthen the positive effects of POS on both ENG and EVB. The study concludes with beneficial contributions for researchers and practitioners in the context of hotel management.

According to the conceptual framework, ethical leadership creates a virtuous workplace and encourages whistleblowing. Design/methodology/approach-A survey approach with responses of 442 employees from Egyptian fivestar hotels was used. Structural equation modeling (SEM) was used to test the hypotheses proposed based on leader-member exchange (LMX) and ethical leadership theories. Findings-Ethical leadership has a favorable impact on organizational virtuousness and, as a result, has a significant impact on whistleblowing intention. The ethical leaders-subordinates' intents to whistleblow association partially mediated organizational virtuousness. To assist them in reporting ethics violations, most hotel employees require organizational characteristics, such as organizational climate and psychological empowerment, in addition to individual characteristics, such as moral bravery and ethical efficacy. Originality/value-The conceptual framework of this paper adds a new guide for future research related to the hospitality literature, which is how employees' intent to internal whistleblowing. As such, senior
