An update of sorts

Why do I never update you?
Probably because I don’t think there’s anything update worthy to write.
While that is still the case, since I’m on my lunch break at work I thought I could maybe cobble something together.
I can’t say there’s been an awful lot going on. TV is my one joy at the moment. Glee being back has made me a much happier camper! I’d missed my show terribly.
such_a_steph and I are planning a Saturday night together to watch the first two eps so we can gush and squeal together! Thank goodness for Steph, shows are just not the same without someone to share them with.
One of my friends at work is trying to get me into Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I think it’s working as I am quite enjoying it, but I’m not sure I’d ever sit and rewatch. I’ve done the first season and half of the second and she advises me that I’m about to hit the episode in season 2 which will see me love this show forever more. We’ll see!
I bought season 2 of The Vampire Diaries as soon as it came out but as yet haven’t even taken it out of the plastic wrap. I really want to but have felt that Buffy was more pressing since it was someone else’s discs I had. Hopefully I’ll be able to get into it soon. I really loved that show and was terribly annoyed with GO! Started stuffing the air times around.
Found out about 2 weeks ago that my Aunty is coming out from Scotland to visit during November. Since my uncle died last year, this is her first time travelling on her own and I’m sure it will be a little tough on her but I’m hoping to find lots of fun things to do with her while she’s here so she thinks it’s worth the effort. She’s staying with my mum, but I’ve booked time off work so we can all travel around together. Not sure what I’m going to do exactly given that this is her 3rd trip here, but I’ll find something fun.
Other than that, I’ve not a lot to say really. I just hope everyone on my flist is happy. I’ve been trying to keep up with everyone, but my commitment to commenting is terrible.
