As soon as Heather got downstairs she headed straight for the bookshelf. She needed to find something interesting to read and it couldn’t be a romance because that may just make her cry. It also couldn’t be something funny because she wouldn’t want to wake Naya so she decided that if Cory had it, she would go with a mystery or maybe a crime novel. This way she could get really into it and not have to worry about waking up the sleeping beauty that would be in her arms not too long from now. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

She combed through the books trying to find the perfect book. “Ooo.. Sherlock Holmes, I don’t think I’ve read a book about him before.” She said to herself out loud not knowing that there was someone else in the room. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Sherlock Holmes is really good, you should definitely read it.” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather practically jumped out of her swim suit from the voice behind her. She turned around to see Lea standing in the kitchen eating a banana. “How long have you been there?” She asked curious to know. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Just a few minutes, I came in to get some food. I’m surprised you didn’t hear me come in. I didn’t exactly open the door quietly. Is there something on your mind?” Lea asked hoping to get some information out of her friend. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather made her way over to Lea with the book, “No, why would you think that?” She stopped at the island and sat on a stool across from Lea. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea shrugged her shoulders, “I don’t know. I just think it’s strange for you to come from being with Naya looking as you do. Did something happen?” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather shook her head from side to side, “No of course not. Naya and I are great. Well Naya isn’t right now but I’m fine.” She scrunched up her face at the memory of Naya hallucinating spiders. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea looked at Heather confused. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Oh, she’s got sun stroke. I guess too much sun and not enough water makes Naya hallucinate spiders.” Her face still scrunched up thinking about that memory. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Oh my, that’s terrible. Is she okay?” Lea asked genuinely concerned. Even though their characters weren’t too fond of each other in the show, in real life she and Naya were the best of friends. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather nodded, “Well right now she is. I gave her some drugs. She should be sleeping right now. I just came down to get a book to read while I sit with her.” She lifted the book to make it more clear that that was why she came down. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea nodded getting the point, “If she’s asleep, why are you going to sit with her? Wouldn’t it be more comfortable for you to just sit down here and leave her there to get better?” She asked thinking she knows what Heather was going to say but wondered if she would actually say it. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Well I could do that I guess but I already promised her that I would come back and besides I can’t let my best friend go through this alone. What if she needs me and I’m not there? What if she wakes up and sees a spider? She won’t know if it’s real or not unless I’m there. I mean what would you do if this was happening to Di? You’d be there for her no matter what because you two are the best of friends.” She explained with all her heart. This was how she felt. She needed to be there for Naya no matter what. There was no way she was going to let her go through this alone. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea smiled at the comment. She would definitely be there for Dianna if this were happening to her. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

As the room got really quiet, Lea looked around the room to make sure there was no one but them and once she was sure she looked back at Heather, “Can I ask you a question?” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather perked up thinking this must be a secretive type question because why else would Lea all of a sudden become very quiet and suspicious, “Yeah, what is it?” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea fidgeted with the banana peel in her hands before looking back up at Heather again, “Do you love her?” Heather looked at her confused. “Naya, do you love Naya?” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather smiled, “Of course I do. She’s my best friend. We do everything together. She is literally the best thing to have happened to my life. I don’t know what my life would be like right now had I not met her. Why?” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

The shorter girl looked very nervous which was very odd for her. She never got nervous and she sure didn’t think this conversation would make her nervous and yet here she was… nervous. “That’s not what I mean. Do you love her as more than a friend?” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather didn’t know how to respond. Of course she knew inside that she loved her best friend but could she just admit that to Lea. That would make it real and she couldn’t deal with real especially knowing that real would make being Naya’s friend even harder. “Of course I don’t, we’re just friends. That’s all.” She tried to hide the truth but Lea could see differently. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea finally walked over and tossed her banana peel in the trash before coming back to stand in front of Heather. “I don’t think you’re telling the truth.” Before Heather could argue, Lea continued talking. “I see the way you look at her, there is definitely love there. Whether you want to admit it or not, it’s still there. You two may be friends and you may have convinced yourself that all those feelings I think you’re feeling are friendly type ones but I don’t believe they are. You love her, you’re just afraid to open your eyes and see it. I know what it’s like to hide behind a friendship and wonder if what I’m feeling is mutual. It sucks, it does but once I started to look at the big picture, I was blown away by the outcome.” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather looked like she was trying to find the right words to say. Almost like her brain couldn’t comprehend the right ones to say. “I… I…” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/span>“It’s okay, I get that you don’t want to just come out and say it to me because that could create more things that you don’t want to deal with but you have to promise me something.” Lea looked Heather square in the eyes. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather nodded because she still couldn’t find words to say. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Promise me that you will open your eyes and really look at the things around you. Really see what goes on between you two. Seriously, if you really stop and look at the bigger picture, you would see what I see.” She hoped she had gotten what she had to say across to Heather.  <\/span>                                                                                                                                                                                                                <\/span>                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                <\/span>                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                <\/span>                                                                                                               <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Lea, she’s straight.” Heather said bluntly. She hadn’t meant for it to be blunt but even though she herself never wanted to admit it, that was the honest truth that Heather avoided. The truth that she herself didn’t want to believe but there is was out in the open for everyone who cared to hear.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“You don’t know that Heather.” The shorter girl couldn’t help but see the pain in those blue eyes of hers. Without actually getting an ‘I love Naya’ sentence, Lea could clearly see that that was what Heather was feeling from looking into her eyes. Right now in this moment she could see the pain of not having something she wanted. It broke her heart to see. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather nodded her head, “Sure I do. She’s never mentioned any previous girlfriends and…” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“And what? Who cares if she hasn’t mentioned any girlfriends. Maybe she just realized that you were the exception!” Lea was trying so hard to be forceful without yelling. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather didn’t know what to think, her mind was spinning from all this information. “I can’t just go from thinking that I have no shot to thinking I might have a shot. Do you have any idea how crushed I would be if I learned that I was right and you were wrong? Lea…” Tears welled up in her eyes. “I don’t think I could be her friend if that truth came out. I can’t lose my best friend. The girl that literally makes my world go round. If I lose that, it would be like losing my dad all over again.” A tear falls down her cheek. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea walked around the island and sat in the stool next to Heather’s. She took Heather’s hands in her own. “How will you know unless you take a chance?” She used her hand to lift Heather’s chin to look at her. “I know you don’t want to because you’re afraid of the unknown but Heather, I don’t think you have anything to be afraid of.” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“But how can you be so sure?” Heather wiped her eyes with her hands to try and rid them of tears. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Do you remember when I said that I’ve noticed how you look at her?” Heather nodded. “Well I’ve also noticed how she looks at you. I think that girl has been in love with you from the start. Haven’t you wondered why she hasn’t had a single boyfriend since she met you?” Lea could see this light appear in the depths of Heather’s blue eyes as realization hit her. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Yeah but she may not of had any boyfriends for many reasons. We’re too busy for boyfriends, I mean look at my relationship with Taylor, it didn’t last long. Then again, I believe that it was because of my feelings for Naya that ended that one.” Heather finally said it out loud to Lea. She liked Naya as more than a friend and even though she was still afraid, it felt like this big weight had lifted off her shoulders. Someone besides herself knew the truth. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“I knew it!” Lea pumped her fist in the air excited that she knew that Heather did in fact love Naya. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather sighed, “You were right but I just… I don’t want to be hurt by her, you know?” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea nodded, “I know but how will you ever know unless you try right?”  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Right.” Heather was already feeling better about this whole thing. “You know, you are really good at this whole figuring out people’s problems. Thanks Lea.” She got up from her stool and wrapped her arms around the shorter girl. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“It was my pleasure,” Lea said as they pulled away. “You should probably get up there. Wouldn’t want her to wake up without you there.” Lea smiled.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather smiled at the fact that Lea remembered what she had said earlier. Before she left she grabbed a bottle of water and then headed back upstairs. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea just stood there with a big grin on her face. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Hey, what’s up with you?” Chris came walking into the kitchen. He looked from her to whatever she was looking at but couldn’t see anything. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Oh, it’s nothing.” Lea said getting out of her little trance of helping Heather out with her potential love life. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

“Okay then. Well I’m going to go outside and enjoy what’s left of the day by going for a walk, you want to come?” He asked hoping that she would say yes so he didn’t have to go alone. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Lea shrugged her shoulders, “Sure, why not.” <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

As Heather approached their bedroom she couldn’t’ help but think about what Lea had said to her. What if Lea was right about everything?<\/i> The grin on her face only increased as she walked into the room to find a completely asleep Naya. She looked completely relaxed. No twitching, no frantic eyes, just a peaceful sleeping beauty. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Heather thought she’d take this moment as the perfect time to get changed. The girl was completely out, there was no way she’d wake up mid-way of her changing so she might as well get out of this swim suit and put on some comfy clothes. To be a little bit funny, Heather decided to take a baggy t-shirt from Naya’s bag and wear it.  <\/span>I wonder if she’ll make the connection?<\/i> Heather thought to herself as she pulled on the shirt and then some board shorts that went down to her knees. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

She then made her way over to the bed, lifted up the covers to get under because there was no way she’d have any chance of moving the pillows and getting Naya’s head on her without being under the covers. As quietly as she could she moved as close as she could without bumping Naya. She put down her book and water bottle to the left of her and then she carefully took one of Naya’s pillows to give her some support on the headboard. After what seemed like forever she gets comfortable enough to move Naya’s head. However her plan goes sideways as Naya made the move herself. Without Heather even doing anything, Naya sidled right up close to Heather and rested her head below her collarbone, her right leg and arm draping over Heather’s body. Alright then, I guess that was easy enough. <\/i>She let go of a breath she hadn’t known she was holding. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

She couldn’t help but brush her hand along Naya’s back. The feeling of having the brunette in her arms was just extraordinary. Heather didn’t want this feeling to go away. She wanted to stay like this forever. <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

 <\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

<\/p>

Once she felt comfortable enough she picked up her book and opened it the best she could so she could begin reading it. However before she knew it, she was getting swept up in the moment and being so close to Naya and the scent of her mixed with Aloe that she felt her eyelids becoming more and more sleepy until she lost all consciousness.  <\/span>She fell asleep with Naya in her arms. It was the best ending to any day she could have dreamt of.  <\/span><\/o:p><\/span><\/font><\/font><\/span><\/p>

Okay, before I get into this step-by-step tutorial for this wallpaper, I should mention that this isn't the exact way that I did it. I do a lot of testing (like most of you probably do) with pictures\/textures when I make a wallpaper but since this is a tutorial, I am going to do the step-by-step as though I did it in order and not out of order like I do it.

Let's begin. My wallpaper is 1400x900 but you can make it whatever size you want.

Step 1:<\/strong> Once you have the above picture in your project, just resize\/crop it to the siz that you want making sure that you resize it so that the website at the bottom isn't in the project.

Step 2:<\/strong> This is where it gets somewhat complicating. As you can see from the finished wallpaper, at the top of this tutorial, there isn't a moon and the feathers aren't seen in the wallpaper. You can use different tools for this step. You can either use the cloning tool and clone surrounding areas onto those parts to make them disappear or you can use the paint brush and paint out the moon\/feathers. However the tool I used was the 'Spot Healing Brush Tool'. I used it to first take out the feathers and then with multiple clicks I made the moon disappear as well.

Step 3:<\/strong> Now I added a texture of what looks to be a planet or moon of some sort. It's very pretty and really worked with the theme of Sailor Moon.

There is no editing to it, just make it the size of your wallpaper. Then I changed the blending type to 'Soft Light' to make it more transparent and make it seem like it's part of the background.

Step 4: <\/strong>Next I added in the picture of the sailor scouts. With this step I made the texture of the planet\/moon invisible to make it easier to see the scout's picture.

It took a lot of resizing but eventually I got it the way I wanted. With the main ppicture of Sailor Moon's hair running across the picture I had to make sure I could see both Sailor Moon (Scouts Pic) and Sailor Venus' faces.

Step 5: <\/strong>Once I had that figured out I changed the blenging type to 'Overlay'

Step 6: <\/strong>It still looked odd because the edges of the picture were clashing with the main picture of Sailor Moon so I used the 'Eraser Tool' and erased pieces of the Scout's picture running along the main Sailor Moon. That included anything of the main Sailor moon that was underneath the Scouts picture because she is the main focus of the picture. Make sure to only erase on Sailor Moon, not the glowy effect outside of her wings because the pink of the Scout's picture makes a really interesting effect in the glowy effect.

Once you have done steps 4-6 it should look like this:

You can now make the planet texture underneath the scouts layer visible again and it should look like this:

Step 7: <\/strong>Here I use another texture
\"Photobucket\"<\/a> 

As you can see I didn't just stick that texture on the project. Once I resized it to the size of the wallpaper, I clicked on the button 'MASKS' next to 'ADJUSTMENTS' above the Layers area on Photoshop. There I clicked on 'Color Range'.

Here I used the 'Eyedropper +' to select only the white part at the bottom of the texture.

Once selected, click OK.

Step 8: <\/strong>Now I right clicked on the layer that I just masked and clicked 'Blending Options' in the drop down menu. Here I check marker 'Bevel and Emboss' to get the effect that it's sticking out but I didn't change any of the original settings.

Step 9: <\/strong>Still in Blending Options I then clicked on 'Satin', I check marked it and then I changed the color to a pink.

Step 9: <\/strong>Once you have the pink, click okay and then I changed the opacity of the satin to 50% and the blending mode to Multiply.

Step 10: <\/strong>Still in Blending Options, I clicked on 'Color Overlay' and made the color white. Opacity is 100% and the Blend Mode is normal to brighten up the pink.

Now you finally click OK in the top right corner of Blending Options. My project then looked like this:  <\/strong>

Step 11: <\/strong>Now I used the final texture to make the main Sailor Moon pop out more.

I resized the texture to be the size of the project then I changed the blending type to 'OVERLAY' and changed the opacity to 76%.

Step 12: <\/strong>I then did the opposite of the scout's picture and roughly erased everything outside of Sailor Moon to the left of her even around her long hair, everything to the right of her I kept because the texture made everything around her pop. You do NOT need to be exact. Close is fine. <\/strong>

Step 13: <\/strong>Now that the wallpaper is done, it's time for the text. The first I did was the phrase "We Are The" using the font Manga Temple (link to the font is up in the description) and I made the size 30pt. It's also in bold. After I wrote out the text and placed it where I wanted, I roght clicked on the layer and clicked on 'Belnding Options'. First I clicked 'Drop Shadow' and gave my text a shadow.

Step 14: <\/strong>Then I clicked on 'Bevel and Emboss' to make it stick out.\"Photobucket\"<\/a>
Step 15: <\/strong>Then I clicked 'Gradient Overlay' and chose the gradient drop called 'Spectrums' and chose the first rainbow looking one. I then made the angle 0 degrees. <\/p>\"Photobucket\" Click OK now.

Step 16: <\/strong>i then wrote out the phrase "Sailor Scouts" using the font HongKong (link in the description) and made the font size 48pt. It's in regular font. I then placed it underneath the first phrase but to the right a little. I then right clicked on the layer and clicked on Blending Options. I repeated steps 13-15 as I did for the first text except I changed the Gradient Layer's spectrum from 0 to 180 degrees.

Step 1: <\/strong>You can size the image one of two ways. Find the way you do it and use that or do it the way I do. 
A)<\/strong> You can crop the original picture above to the way you want it to look and then flatten the image and then move it onto a 100x100 pixel project
OR
B)<\/strong> You can do it my way and open a new project of 100x100 pixels and drag the original image from your file folder onto the project. It'll come out tiny so just resize it to the way you want it to look

This is what mine looked like.

Step 2:  <\/strong>This is where you bring in the first texture. It'll be layer 2 once it's dragged onto the project.

As you can see I didn't use the entire texture. First I dragged it to my project and then I resized it to get the effect I wanted.

This is what I ended up with.

Step 3:<\/strong> I left the opacity of layer 2 at 100% but I changed the blending mode to Soft Light.

My project looks like this now. As you can see it's much lighter than it once was before.

Step 4: <\/strong>Texture 2 is now used, it'll occupy Layer 3 once it's dragged onto the picture.

I also resized this one a few times to get the right amount of fiery effect in the bottom right corner of the texture. I ended up with this.

Step 5:<\/strong> I changed the opacity of layer 3 to 60% and the Blending Type is changed to Vivid Light.

I had to do this because so many ask me what my username stands for because it looks so odd. However I have had a few who get it right off the bat. So it always shocks me when someone asks me if my username is what they think it is and they are always right. :D 

Anyways, <\/a>sgafirenity<\/b><\/a><\/span> stands for Stargate Atlantis (SGA), Grey's Anatomy (GA), Firefly (Fire), Serenity (nity). I came up with it about a year and a half ago because I was really into Stargate Atlantis and ever since I found Firefly\/Serenity, I completely fell for that show. It's so awesome and so is the movie. Serenity is one of my favorite movies. And so sgafirenity was born and in the last year or so Grey's Anatomy has been added in because I'm such a HUGE Callie\/Arizona fan. So even though the SGA was originally just for Stargate Atlantis, it also works for being Grey's Anatomy too. :D

Hm....If I could change it, what would it be? That's a tough one because I love my current username name a lot. I use it everywhere. If you see this username elsewhere, it's probably me. But if I had to, I'd probably be similar to this one in the fact that I'd come up with some crazy acrynom of TV shows.

Why Arizona Robbins in my Favorite Character?

To a lot of the characters in the show Grey's Anatomy, Arizona Robbins is a perky, happy all the time character that sometimes acts like a child. However, for me, she is a character filled with so many deifferent emotions. One would be that she is a happy character, which is one of the reasons she is such a great character to love because you know that at some point, she will make you smile. She also has shown emotions like comfort, sadness and the fact that she stands up for the people she cares about. Arizona is the kind of character that everyone should look up to. Out of all the characters on Grey's Anatomy, Arizona Robbins is my favorite for these reasons.

Emotions have a way of bringing out different things in a character. Arizona Robbins is one of these characters that have shown different kinds of emotions. Being a PEDs surgeon has to help save children and you can tell by the way she is with them, that she was made to be a PEDs surgeon. She not only helps them but she also plays games with them or laughs with them, she is the picture of happiness. Always smiling all the time, dimples and all, she will shine her way in to anyones heart. If someone had to choose a doctor to represent happiness it would be Arizona without a doubt.

However even Arizona can't stay happy forever. So not only is she great showing off her happier side but she can really show her other emotions too. She seems to be a tough character on the outside but then we get an episode like 6.08 Invest in Love<\/i> and we get to see a little deeper inside of the perky PEDs surgeon. When a child dies, she cries, that's who she is. As doctors they had to take courses to not get attached to their patients but Arizona crosses that line and gets attached. So when a patient like Wallace Anderson dies, she lets out her emotions. The perky PEDs surgeon that everyone knew as being happy and cheery all the time turns out to be just as normal as everyone else.

Underneath all the perkiness and the sadness, stands a strong character. This is what makes Arizona who she is. She was taught to be a good man in a storm. So when Carlos came in 6.05 Invasion<\/i>, she wasn't going to stand by and let him make Callie feel like she is in the wrong. If Callie wanted to be with a woman, it was okay. You can't help who you fall in love with, it just happens, in a blink of an eye you can fall in love. Arizona knew that she had to stand up to him and tell him that he was in the wrong. One thing that Arizona said to Carlos about Callie, that sticks out for me, "...she's who you raised her to be"<\/i>. Something so simpl means so much. In this scene we got to see the real Arizona Robbins. For me, I had always liked Arizona from the beginning but after watching that moment she became my number one character because she is an incredible character.

Arizona Robbins is such a diverse character. She is filled with so many different emotions. Some are good, like when she makes a child smile or lights up a room with her dimpled out grin. However some of her emotions are darker, like crying when a patient dies. One thing that shines through is that she is a character that stands up for what she believes in. She the kind of character that everyone should look up to. She is the perky PEDs surgeon Arizona Robbins. <\/a>
