I learned to sew in 4-H as a teen, and enjoy many types of needle arts, as well as growing and preserving food from our garden, reading and making music. This blog started as a way for me to track my projects, and to be more accountable to myself to keep moving forward, both in tackling wish lists and to increase my skills.

Along the way I hope to meet others with similar interests, and have the opportunity to share ideas, experiences and our common love of fibers.
