This is a book about leadership, but it’s also been prescient about the increasing divisions in our civic culture.
I’ve heard from many readers that this is the book that was most useful to them as they set out on a path to make things better for a community that they care about. And if you read it with a group of co-workers or supporters, I think you’ll find that you will develop a shared vocabulary and mutual support that really pays off.
