Change to registrar management

As of July 1, 2026, Punktum dk is changing the way .dk domain names are administered. Going forward, new .dk domain names must be handled through a registrar and not directly by Punktum dk.

If you currently administer one or more .dk domain names directly with Punktum dk, you must choose a registrar for each of these domain names no later than June 30, 2028. However, we recommend that you find a registrar now, so the transition can take place at a time that suits you best.

The user ID can only consist of a-z, 0-9 and "-"

You can for example find your user ID on your invoice.

User ID example: XXX12345-DK

Please note that the user ID will be blocked for 24 hours, if you enter the password incorrectly 5 times.

Welcome to .dk self-service portal

Our .dk self-service allows you to manage tasks concerning your domain name.

For example, you can confirm requests, transfer, cancel, change name servers, make payments and change contacts for your domain names, plus keep your contact information up-to-date.

Good to know regarding login

If this is your first time logging in with your MitID, you will need to link it to your Punktum dk user ID.

If you don't have your user ID, you can select "Help with login", after which you can have your user ID and password sent via email or SMS.

You can also choose to log in with your email address, which will give you access to all the user IDs registered with that email address.

Pay invoice

The user ID can only consist of a-z, 0-9 and "-"

The invoice numeber can only consist of 0-9

Enter your user ID and the invoice number, then hit CONTINUE.

Transfer your .dk domain name to registrar management

Please enter the .dk domain name you want to transfer to registrar management. You will receive an email with a login link to the page where you can get the authorization code (Auth-ID) for the domain name.

Punktum dk is phasing out the option to manage .dk domain names directly through our self-service portal. This means that by 30 June 2028, you must choose an accredited registrar who will manage your domain name going forward.
