Bu çalışmanın amacı Konya ilinde faaliyet gösteren demir çelik işletmelerinde çalışanların değişi... more Bu çalışmanın amacı Konya ilinde faaliyet gösteren demir çelik işletmelerinde çalışanların değişimlere karşı gösterecekleri sinik tutumların çalışanların örgütsel bağlılığı üzerindeki etkisini araştırmaktır. Bu amaçla Konya ilinde demir çelik sektöründe faaliyet gösteren bir firmada tesadüfi örnekleme yoluyla seçilen çalışanlara anket uygulanmıştır. Örgütsel sinizm ve örgütsel bağlılık değişkenlerinin demografik özelliklere göre farklılık gösterip göstermediğini belirlemeye yönelik olarak yapılan Kruskal Wallis Testi sonuçlarına göre çalışanların yaş, eğitim, çalışma sürelerine yönelik anlamlı farklılıklar tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca korelasyon analizi sonucuna göre örgütsel bağlılık ile örgütsel sinizm arasında negatif yönlü ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Abstract The aim of this study is to research the effect of the employees' cynical attitudes towards changes on their organizational commitment. For this aim a survey has been applied to the randomly selected employees of an iron and steel sector firm. According to the results of Kruskal Wallis Test which is oriented to determine if there is significant differentiation of organizational commitment according to demographic variable; significant differences has been detected according to the age, education, working term of the employees. Also, according to the correlation analysis result, a negative relationship has been determined between organizational commitment and organizational cynicism.

As a result of this study, it is found that there is statistically significant relationship between person-organization fit, job satisfaction and turnover intention. Also, in the context of this study, it is found that the employees having person-organization fit have more job satisfaction and less turnover intention.

This study is to examine the relationship between emotional labour which is defined as workers' e... more This study is to examine the relationship between emotional labour which is defined as workers' exhibiting appropriate emotions designated by the organization towards the customers of the organization, and emotional exhaustion and job satisfaction. In this context a field study was conducted on the employees of a health institution operating in the province of Konya. As a result of this study, it is found that there is statistically significant relationship between emotional labour and emotional exhaustion. Also, it was found that job satisfaction was decreasing as emotional exhaustion levels were increasing and there was a statistically significant relationship between emotional labour level and job satisfaction of workers. At the end of study, it was determined that there was statistically significant relationship between emotional labor and emotional exhaustion and that the levels of emotional labor of the employees, whose the level of job satisfaction are high.
